The Windcrest at Galleria Smithtown is a best kept secret nestled away just north of Rte 347 and east of Terry Rd in Smithtown, Long Island. In this private gated community you will find a beautifully appointed development within the Smithtown School District. This is not a 55 + community.
The Windcrest is a community with 187 Townhouse 2 or 3 bedroom units which opened in 2002 and is located in Smithtown, New York. It can be found east of Terry Rd and north of Route 347. Many shops and restaurants are located nearby as well as McArthur Airport and the LIRR. The community also offers permit access to all town parking lots including commuter parking, parks and beaches.
There are several different models available including; Avondale, Brittany, Concord, Dover & Essex. If your looking for a master bedroom on the first floor then you would want the Concord model. Every unit has an attached 1 or 2 car garage, gas heat as well as CAC (central air conditioning.)
Find yourself relaxing in the clubhouse with fireplace, working out in the fitness room, and splashing around in the beautiful in ground pool. If you are an avid reader, you will be right at home with The Windcrest Book Club. It meets at 7:30 pm on the 1st Tuesday of every month in the clubhouse.
This community welcomes all you pet lovers but please make sure to keep your pet on a leash and walk only in the street, not the common areas.
This Townhouse community is not a condo but rather a PUD (Planned Unit Development). The Windcrest is an HOA.
