Pet Policy:
Many people may be unaware that Bretton Woods is divided into 9 different independent condominiums with their own set of rules on specific topics. Pet lovers should note that condos groups 1, 7 & 9 do NOT allow any pets at all, while condo groups 3 & 8 do NOT allow dogs, but will allow for cats. So if you are looking for a unit that will take your little pooch, you should search only in condos 2,4,5 & 6. Make sure your real estate agent is aware of your needs.
